Warehouses
A new 39,000 sq/ft warehouse and distribution depot including offices, associated service yard, car parking and landscaping for Dispo International was developed by Marshalls Construction at Plot H Rosie Road, Normington, Wakefield, West Yorkshire.
Hotels
Livesey Associates have been involved with a large number of new hotels around the country over the years. Recent examples being a 202 bed University Park Hotel in Nottingham, the Keep Hotel at Raithwaite Hall, Sandsend Whitby, and a 179 bed Hilton Garden Inn at Aberdeen Airport.
The Technical Hub, Cambridgeshire
The new Technical Hub for the European Bioinformatics Institute is a modern designed biological data centre and offices to cater for 225 specialist staff. The site is on the Welcome Trust Genome Campus, Hinxton, Cambridgeshire.
Student Accommodation, Leicester
A 479 bed student accommodation has been developed at Upperton Road, Leicester. The work consists of four blocks, the first being four storey, the second five storey, and the third nine storey with the final block being fifteen storey. A new access road, car parking and associated landscaping was also included within the development.
Church Street, Emley
The church street development in the attractive village of Emley consists of five luxury homes with garages and landscaped gardens. Built of natural stone and traditional materials this exclusive development has been designed to sympathetically blend with the existing properties within the village. Built by ADH Construction Ltd on behalf of Vantage Homes Ltd.
Sparta Court, Morley

Chetham School of Music, Manchester
Chetham School of Music, based in Manchester. The largest specialist music school in the UK. It spans 7 floors and houses two performance spaces, four ensemble rooms, an outreach center as well as music teaching rooms and academic classrooms. The £31 million development hosts some of the best leading facilities in the UK.
Phase 2B, Teaching Block, West Nottinghamshire College
Work consisted of the Design and Build of a three storey steel framed teaching block extension of approximately 4,070m² gross internal floor area to the existing campus buildings at West Nottinghamshire College, Derby Road Campus.

Manchester City's Training Facilities
Manchester City transformed an 80-acre industrial site into a £100 million plus training facility which is made up with 16 football pitches, 1 of which is a heat controlled indoor pitch, a 7,000 seater ground for youth and reserve team games and all just a stone throw away from their Etihad Stadium.
Ashleigh House Care Home
Eldercare (Halifax) Limited have recently increased their facilities at Ashleigh House Care Home, Newsome, Huddersfield. The work consisted of an eight bedroom two storey extension and a single storey day room/garden room extension with internal alterations and associated external works and landscaping.
Walton Manor Care Home
Walton Manor Care Home is an elegant grade two listed Georgian Manor House set amidst beautifully mature landscaped gardens. The new extension of twelve luxury care apartments and suites has been sympathetically designed to blend with the quality and elegance of the existing manor house and landscaped gardens. Built by D.Hare Construction Ltd.
A&E Ward, Northampton General Hospital
Northampton, General, Hospital A&E extension forming a new £12 million emergency assessment unit on the site of the A&E car park. The 60-bedded two-storey building will be used to care for seriously unwell patients who need to be admitted from our A&E department for further assessment and treatment. We have acted as Project managers for a large part of the modular construction on behalf of Actaccom Limited and Interserve.
Whitley Hall Hotel
Whitley Hall hotel and restaurant is an ivy clad 16th century mansion house set in beautifully landscaped grounds, including two lakes, situated in Grenoside on the outskirts of Sheffield. The new stone built extension, called the Parker Wing, compliments the existing hall and offers twelve high quality guest rooms. Alterations were also made to the existing hotel which includes a new kitchen, refurbishment of the meeting and dining room with a new car park and landscaping.
Allerton Castle
Livesey Associates have been associated with Allerton Castle for a good number of years. This Grade 1 listed mansion house, the former home of Lord Mowbray of Stourton lies in acres of green rambling countryside at Green Hammerton between York and Knaresborough. We were first involved in carrying out a full survey and measure of the mansion house and surrounding buildings and gardens. More recently we were involved in the substantial restoration and repair works to the Gothic wing and the Servant's wing after they were severely damaged due to a fire which broke out within the property.
