Livesey Associates, Chartered Quantity Surveyors were first established in Wakefield in 1970 by Harry Livesey FRICS, Fclarb, MAE, and to this day remains a family run business of which we are proud to be so.

Stuart Livesey MRICS, FQSI, son of the founder is the present Managing Director and in 2007 he was joined by his son Mark Livesey BSc (Hons) MQSI, who is the third generation to work in the family business and has recently been promoted to a Director.

Over the last 48 years, Livesey Associates have prided themselves in providing a proactive and dedicated range of management services to the property and construction industry. Our aim is to continue to establish long term relationships with our Clients and to develop a strong ethos of teamwork within our staff, thus providing the highest standards of service tailored to your particular requirements.

Livesey Associates has in excess of 100 years' experience in the construction industry, which has enabled us to carry out a vast number of diverse projects. Livesey Associates are an innovative forward thinking Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice whose strengths lie in providing a high quality comprehensive service tailored to suit the individual requirements of our Clients.

We are constantly updating our processes, software and hardware with the latest technology. Our specialist software now allows us to undertake computer aided measurement and links directly to our bill production software. Our software is BIM ready and this will link between all three platforms. It also allows us to prepare bills of quantities in either SMM7 or NRM formats which can be specifically tailored to suit our Clients requirements.
