Livesey Associates, Chartered Quantity Surveyors were first established in Wakefield in 1970 by Harry Livesey FRICS, Fclarb, MAE, and to this day remains a family run business of which we are proud to be so.

Stuart Livesey MRICS, FQSI, son of the founder is the present Managing Director and in 2007 he was joined by his son Mark Livesey BSc (Hons) MQSI, who is the third generation to work in the family business and has recently been promoted to a Director.

Over the last 48 years, Livesey Associates have prided themselves in providing a proactive and dedicated range of management services to the property and construction industry.
